Evenement | Veel animo voor Autopromotec 2017
Voor de Autopromotec-beurs, die dit jaar wordt gehouden van 24 tot 28 mei in de Bologna Fiere Italië, zijn bijna alle beurshallen uitverkocht. Het aantal exposanten ligt volgens de organisatie 10 procent hoger dan tijdens de vorige editie in 2015. De tweejaarlijkse Italiaanse vakbeurs heeft een sterk internationaal karakter; er worden bezoekers verwacht uit zo’n dertig landen.
Netwerken en uitbreiden
Gereedschap- en equipmentleverancier Sonic Equipment is dit jaar op Autopromotec voor het eerst met een eigen stand aanwezig. Sonic-eigenaar Niels Veldt wil Sonic in Italië meer onder de aandacht brengen en laten groeien. “We deden de beurs voorheen altijd met een van onze kleinere Italiaanse distributeurs”, zegt hij. “Daarom hebben we dit jaar een eigen stand. Sonic wordt op de stand vertegenwoordigd door de firma Intense met Italiaanse vertegenwoordigers.”
Ook aftermarket luchtverenfabrikant Arnott Europe wil zichzelf sterker profileren in Italië; de beurs is volgens Goswin de Rouw, ceo sales & marketing, een ideaal moment om de relatie met bestaande distributeurs in Italië te verstevigen en nieuwe klanten te werven. Arnott is voor de tweede keer op rij aanwezig op Autopromotec. “Italië is een grote markt; het staat in de top 5 van Europa,” aldus De Rouw. “Dit is de belangrijkste internationale automotive vakbeurs van het jaar.”
